Problem Description
When you import your photos, camera parameters, and GCP from a XLS or XML file, the photos can sometimes be badly oriented.
On the example above, the cameras are looking upward instead of looking down at the ground control points.
Steps to Resolve
- This problem comes from the CameraOrientation parameter contained in your Block-file
- To fix this problem the value for this parameter must be changed considering the error you observed after a first import
- In the example, the corrected parameter value would be XRightYUp.

After modifying these values in the XLS file, re-import the block and it should work.
