When ProjectWise ContextShare is opened from the Project page
1) Obtain permission to manage reality data that are associated to a ProjectWise Project.
2) List Reality Data that are associated to the ProjectWise Project.
3) In the list, locate the Reality Data(s) you want to stop sharing and select it by toggling ON the checkbox.
4) Click the "Dissociate Selected Reality Data" button to stop sharing the Reality Data in the current project.
When ProjectWise ContextShare is opened from the Connect Center
1) Go to https://connect.bentley.com/
2) Scroll down to the My Services and click the ProjectWise ContextShare tile:
3) In the list, locate the Reality Data(s) you want to stop sharing and select it by toggling ON the checkbox.
5) Click the Manage Associations button:
4) In the Associated Projects section, expand the Project you want to stop sharing the selected Reality Data into.
5) Click the "Dissociate Reality Data" button to dissociate the Reality Data.
6) Click the Apply Changes button.
Note: The above steps will remove the relationship between the selected Reality Data(s) and the current Project, but the Reality Data(s) will remain in ProjectWise ContextShare. To permanently Delete a Reality Data from ProjectWise ContextShare, use the Delete tool.
