Problem:

Sign text is not visible or displays very small when referenced into sheet model in OpenRoads Designer or MicroStation using the SignCAD to DGN application.

Solution:

1) Pick Home>Primary>Attach Tools>References.

2) In the References dialog, select the reference file with the signs and TURN OFF the Use Active Annotation Scale setting.
