How do I find my Administrator?

What is the purpose of this Information?

Some users may not be aware who is assigned as their Account Administrator.  The Account Administrator is responsible for adding roles and granting permissions for each user. You may not be able to proceed or have access to something you need without the Account Administrators permission.

  1. Go to the CONNECT Center.
  2. Select "Find my Administrator" from the drop-down menu at the top labeled "What would you like to do today?"
  3. On the IMS profile page that displays, scroll down to the bottom, and expand the section titled "Account Administrators."
