How do I change the row alignment on a tabular arrangement in OpenRoads SignCAD to bottom align text?

Answer:

1) Pick the Arrange tool.

2) Right click on the arrangement line (dashed horizontal blue line inside the yellow rectangle) and pick Object Align>Bottom.

3) Pick the Select tool or another tool to turn off the arrangement lines. Save the file (File>Save).
