Attendance Areas


Attendance Areas represent entry and exit points where People can record Attendance. Attendance Areas can be used to group Attendance for reporting and integration purposes.

Create Attendance Area

  1. Select Settings > Project > Attendance Areas​.
  2. Select   Add Attendance Area​.
  3. Enter the Attendance Area Name, this must be unique.
  4. Select Create Attendance Area or Create and Add Another.

Edit Attendance Area

  1. To edit an Attendance Area, click on the   icon to the right of any existing Attendance Area.
  2. Edit the Attendance Area Name as needed.
  3. ​Click Update Attendance Area.
  4. To delete an Attendance Area, click on the   icon​​.
    If an Attendance Area has a grey icon  , there are existing records associated with the Attendance Area and it cannot be deleted.
