Attribute mapping between ProjectWise and Deliverables Management when ProjectWise Web integration is used

When ProjectWise project is associated with Work Area and has ProjectWise Web Connection to the same Work Area, attributes are mapped according to Transmittal documents view:

Attributes mapping works differently when the user:

• has a secondary ProjectWise Web Connection to ProjectWise project associated with Work Area
• uses a ProjectWise project that is not associated with Work Area but has a ProjectWise Web Connection

The following rules apply to user using Web connection integration in PWDM Portal who logged in to datasource:

1. If a personal view is selected attributes mapping works by using this view (for the user who selected personal view)
2. If a personal view is not selected attributes mapping works by using Global view (for all users who do not have the personal view)
3. If a personal and global view is not selected attributes mapping works by using Datasource view
4. If personal, global and datasource view is not selected attributes mapping works using Document list view (for the user who selected document list view)

The following rules apply to user using Web connection integration in PWDM Portal who did not log into datasource:

1. If Global view is selected by administrator attributes mapping works using Global view (for all users who does not have a personal view)
2. If the personal and global view is not selected attributes mapping works using Datasource view
3. If the global view and default view for datasource is not selected the first view from this PW Web connection view list is taken
