Problem:

Why relocation of the pass partition is reset when clicking on "compute" (heat exchanger)?

Solution:

First change the location of pass partition from Tube Bundle Properties using user defined method,

Then check the box given against the partition plate from component list shown in left side of Tube Bundle Properties,

Now press compute, you will see the update layout as below
