How do I create service request directly from RAM Products? 

Solution

1) To create a Service Request while you are working in RAM Structural System, go to Help -> Technical Support -> Create Service Request.

2) To create a Service Request while you are working in RAM Connection, go to File -> Help -> Submit a Help Request.

3) To create a Service Request while you are working in RAM Elements, go to File -> Help -> Submit a Help Request.
