Problem
"Placemark cell could not be found"
Using the Define Google Earth Placemark Monument tool in MicroStation 08.05.02.35, an error is received that the Placemark cell could not be found.
Solution
The Google Earth tools for 8.5 are a separate download.
When the tools are unzipped, the kmlplacemark.cel is put in the default location for MS_CELL, ...\Bentley\Workspace\System\Cell.
If a customized workspace points MS_CELL to a different location, kmlplacemark.cel should be moved
to that customized location. Otherwise it will not be found.
