QUESTION: In the latest version, where can the user find the user manual file?
ANSWER:
The user needs to click on Help, select the Contents option from the drop-down menu, and open the new window "RCpier Help " to view the user manual in .chm format. Please see the attached screenshot for more information.
Another option is to visit the Bentley online help documentation and click 'View all software' or scroll down and filter by product name.
