User can open the scale icon via HELP, but when they open the manipulate toolbox the scale icon is not visible.

Steps to Accomplish

All tools in a Manipulate toolbox are not always visible by default.

To see all tools, right-click in the toolbox and select Show All from the menu.

Or in CONNECT Edition select each item manually to tick or untick whether they are appearing on the ribbon.
