In the Recalc Window at the Non-linear Analysis inside the Basic Settings, the user can select the multiple possible options for the consideration of the non-linearities in the modeled structure:
- P-Delta effects: 2nd Order, additional moments due to deflected normal force;
- Large displacements: 3rd Order, large displacement theory;
- Non-linear Material: nonlinear material properties using stress-strain diagram "Non-lin" and existing reinforcement in cracked concrete;
- Non-linear stay cables: full non-linear cable sagging;
- Non-linear Springs;
- Non-linear dampers.
The importance of being able to turn them on and off is to isolate non-linear effects. Some specific elements can be switched off by setting the respective options to No in .
