Problem Description

When I want to select a Tool from the Ribbon I first must select the Tab to expose the available Groups / Tools, having selected the required tool these disappear. How can I keep the available Tools exposed ?

Steps to Resolve

1. On the right hand side of the Ribbon select the 'V' ( Down arrow ) Minimize The Ribbon tool to permanently display the Groups / Tools from Selected Tabs.
