Problem Description

When trying to install RAM SBeam, the program is unresponsive while trying to compute the space requirements and it gives the following error. Clicking on Retry puts it in a loop.

Reason

RAM SBeam is trying to access Microsoft's OneDrive, which was previously mapped to C:\.

Solution

You can rename the folder RAM SBeam is trying to access and this may resolve the issue.

If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall Microsoft OneDrive and then install RAM SBeam.
