How to add arrow heads and other symbols to the end of elements that are not dimensions or notes.
Use the Active Line Terminator tool located on the Cell toolbar.
1. Create a cell with the tip of the arrow at the insertion point (xy = 0,0) and the tail position to the left.
2. Place the cell library in the path or attach it to your design.
In V8, V8i
In CONNECT Edition:
3. Place a line or other open element (such as an arc or a curve) as the basis for the arrow.
4. Activate the Place Active Line Terminator tool (from the Cell tool box).
5. Select the desired terminator or type in the name. If necessary, type in the scale factor.
6. Locate elements near the end where you want the terminator to be placed.
Alternative, depending on the purpose, can be a custom linestyle with a
point symbol at one end.
