Why such error message is reported in the Output file?

*** ERROR : "DEFINE" COMMANDS FOR LOAD GENERATION SHOULD
BE PROVIDED BEFORE SPECIFYING PRIMARY LOAD CASES.

This error is usually reported, when a PERFORM ANALYSIS command (or equivalent command like PDELTA ANALYSIS, DIRECT ANALYSIS, etc.) is missing in the model. You can add such command either by using (a) Graphical User Interface or (b) STAAD Editor:
