When we copy ORD-specific data into a blank OBM file, the file gets branded as an ORD file. If the OBM file already has OBM-specific data (OBM-branded file) and you copy the elements from an ORD file, then the file does not get rebranded to ORD; it remains an OBM file.
If the user has a blank file, without any bridge information, it could be that it was accidentally rebranded as an ORD file. This could happen when we start by copying the alignment information in it. Then, it will become read-only due to incompatible civil data. Still, using the Civil File Manager included in the OBM installation, the user can realign it, rebrand the file, and continue with their work.
