Problem

Elements on specific levels are not being plotted even though they are correctly displayed in the drawing's View Window.

Solution

The levels on which the non-plotted elements are placed may not be set to plot based on their properties
This can be checked and fixed from the Level Manager.
Follow these steps:

1) Open an affected design file

2) Open Level Manager (Home Tab>Primary Ribbon Group>Level Manager)

3) Right click on the level attributes bar and select "Plot"

4) Make sure that the affected levels have the "plot" option toggled on as shown. These Plot settings can be individually toggled on or off.

All elements should now be correctly printed.
Depending on your setup, you may have to perform this on each file that is experiencing the issue or within the associated .dgnlib file that contains the organization's levels.
