A particular user is selecting Tools - Define Print Styles and the dialog does not appear. The Apply Print Styles dialog does appear. Other users do not have this issue.

Solution: Copy ‘PrintOrganizerSettings.xml’ from a functional workstation and replace on the offending workstation.  C:\Users\cmeszler\AppData\Local\Bentley\MicroStation\8.11\o_Dof88niaENmS1PChQ4Mg\PrintOrganizerSettings.xml

 NOTE: The two directories highlighted will be different on each machine.
