Problem

How can Compress options be turned ON/OFF via Key-in ?

Solution

Keyin: compress options on <ALIAS NAME>

The alias names are listed in the Compress Options dialog. A list of these aliases can be found in Compress Options.

Examples:

To turn on the "Delete unused fonts" option:

compress options on FONTS

To turn off the "Delete unused fonts" option:

compress options off FONTS

This command could be useful when running file compression by batch process, for instance, or even running a batch process that requires all compress options to be on:

compress options on ALL
