Grouping elements together within Prostructures is an important procedure. This will come handy when you are generating your 2D Structural drawings needed for fabrication.
A column which got a Baseplate and a Gusset plate. The column, baseplate and gusset plate are not group together. Verifying the model, you can see below that the elements are not part of any group.
1. To create a group. Open the Administrate group command, then go to the Group TAB.
2. Select the Create Group ICON
Prompt: Select Main part of the group: (Select the column)
Prompt: Select Objects: (Select the baseplate and the gusset plate)
3. After the selection the column, baseplate and gusset plate are now grouped together.
