Hello all,

In the newest release of OpenPlant PowerPID Select series 4 (Version 08.11.09.26) there is a new key-in that will update/redraw symbology in the PID document when it has been changed in the cell library. Invaluable when symbology keeps changing within a project.

Load the Key-in window (from the menu -  Utilities>Key-In, or  Help>Key-In Browser or tap the F9 key when the cursor is in the drawing area.)

Type in "pid component redraw all" and tap the enter key and all elements in the drawing will be redrawn.

The variances on this key-in are as follows:

 Key-in:  PID COMPONENT REDRAW CELLS - Will redraw all of the existing cell based components in the drawing. If any changes have been made to a cell(s) in the cell library, those changes will be applied to the existing components in the drawing..

Key-in:  PID COMPONENT REDRAW SELECTED - Refreshes the selected component in the drawing. If changes have been made to the component cell, those changes will apply to the component in the drawing.

Key-in:  PID COMPONENT REDRAW ALL - Redraws all of the components (cell based and non cell based) in the drawing.
