Background:

The Update Page tool attempts to synchronize the data in the project database with the data found on the drawing for the page.  This operation is not normally needed but may resolve incorrect displayed data or unusual behavior, or issues found by Validate Page. 

Steps to Accomplish

Method 1: Via Project Manager 

1. In the Project Manager Right-Click on any Project page and select Update Page.

Method 2: Via Ribbon Tools.

1. Open the Project Page and select Manage >> Update Page under the Maintenance section.
