If you receive the error message "Installation must be on a local drive", you may need to install the software with administrator privileges. 

Users can try installing through the Administrative Command Prompt.

1. Click the Start button
2. Type CMD
3. Right-click the Command Prompt and select Run as administrator

 

4. On the User Account Control, click the Yes button

5. On the Administrator: Command Prompt, type cd c:\Users\[YOUR USER NAME]\Downloads and press Enter.

6. On the Administrator: Command Prompt, type msiexec /i sitepos.msi and press Enter.  This will start the installation.
