The proposed finished grade data should be on a separate layer(s) in the DWG file to make it easier to map layers when importing. 

When importing into the SITEOPS basemap, the proposed finished grade layers should be mapped to Reference Layers. 

It is also recommended that limits of disturbance be created and import on a reference layer. These should be closed area(s). Limits of disturbance can also be drawn in SITEOPS using a Custom Boundary or an Other area. NOTE: Sites can have multiple areas as limits of disturbance; however, these areas cannot overlap.
