IFC


IFC export "iTwin like" is available in Civil products 2024 and above and in MicroStation 2025 and above.
The workflow is to assign IFC Classification Item Type to the object and set the IFC format and class for each individual object.
It can be done through feature definition for civil features or element templates, or manually, or by import from Excel. 
The connectors and exporters are checked on desktop before exporting and can be updated from the cloud if needed.
Connectors are creating a local iModel that is exported as a local ifc. Ensure you are using the good connector.
That is the main difference with using iTwin. Data in the iTwin is already aligned, in the iModel, with the good connectors.

The legacy corridor ifc export is still available but will probably be deprecated in future version.
The IFC export for alignments is still there to export geometry. Actuall (release 2025) the geometry is not exported using the "iTwin like" exporter.
