If SITEOPS doesn't respond to the Display's System DPI scaling, users can change the DPI setting on the java executable file.  Note: Administrative Rights might be required to change the setting.

1. In file explorer, browse/locate java.exe for the current version. C:\Program Files\Java\<java version>\bin  For example: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_211\bin.

2. Right-click on the java.exe file

3. Select Properties, this will open the Properties dialog

4. From the Properties dialog, select the Compatibility tab

5. Check Override high DPI scaling behavior

6. Select System in the Scaling performed by: drop down list

7. Click Apply

8. Launch SITEOPS

9. Adjust the Display's Scale and layout setting to an appropriate scale
