Xsection-How to annotate Cant and place a cell for sleepers

Useful for all but even more for those who were used to the Place cell/block... tools in SS2.

Below is what you can get in OpenRail Designer.

To place a cell for sleeper, you can set an annotation of segment with a cell at middle of the segment

There is no specialized command to annotate cant "alignment" on Xsection.
Therefore we must find another way.
Cant is the level difference between the rails. So it is segment annotation.
You must add a component, with DNC feature definition, that links the 2 rails.
Then you can annotate the segment with the segment height.

In some old versions you cannot annotate the segment height, but only slope or length.
Annotation of segment height is available at least from version 2023.

** IF  SEGMENT HEIGHT IS NOT AVAILABLE IN TEXT FAVORITES, CROSS SECTION ANNOTATION **

The current workaround is to convert the level difference between rails to horizontal distance.
It can be "easily" done with template points where horizontal constraint = vertical distance between rails.
One additional trick is to avoid length = 0 if we want to annotate Cant=0mm

See rail.itl attached.
Again, this workaround is no longer required with current version.
