Introduction
Citilabs is now part of Bentley Systems (www.Bentley.com), and starting 1st May 2020, our current support channels support@citilabs.com and licensing@citilabs.com will no longer exist and will move to the Bentley CONNECT platform (https://connect.bentley.com). Also, Citilabs current community page http://community.citilabs.com/ will move to https://communities.bentley.com/products/citilabs-cube/
The Bentley CONNECT platform is a one-stop shop for CUBE users to access licenses, download software, request technical support, interact in the CUBE community, find training materials and product documentation, and so much more. We are requesting each organization’s Citilabs license administrator to sign up for CONNECT, set-up your organization’s domain and add users inside your organization to your account. Once a user is added, they can submit service requests for any CUBE related queries. Access to the Bentley CONNECT portal is free and is easy to sign up.
