Problem

When trying to use the tool "Place Deck By Points" it generates the following error:

 

 

 

Solution

Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program >  and uninstall any Bentley Structural Property Catalogs listed.  Also, uninstall Structural Synchronizer.

Now, Reinstall Structural Synchronizer and reboot your machine.
