While working with AutoPLANT Modeler CE, sometimes user may have requirement to read the support.ini file from the Project_Root (%PROJECT_ROOT%\Config\modules). User expecting that the AutoPLANT Modeler CE should read support.ini file from (Project location, network location and custom location). This wiki article explains the steps how to read the support.ini file from the project location in AutoPLANT Modeler.
1.Go to below directory and open the at.ini file
C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\CFG
2.Add the below variable SupportBrowserRootConfig=1
3.Now go to Project location.
For Ex: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Plant V8i\Bentley Plant V8i Projects\SAMPLE_METRIC\Config\modules
4.Open Support.ini file add following entry.
Bentley General Components = bentley_gencomps.ini
Bentley Supports = bentley_supports.ini
5.Save the file. and open Metric project Load Piping> Supports/Topworks Browser.
Now it will show Bentley support.
