Question:

A single user cannot open any design files from our ProjectWise Managed Workspace. However This same user can open files from other machines using his credentials. How can we resolve this issue?

 

Answer:

After investigating few aspects like user file access in the managed workspace and managed workspace- WorkSet settings, it got resolved after creating a new user folder. The IT administrator create a new user profile folder on the user's machine and rebooted. After loading the new profile the user was able to open DGN files from the Managed Workspace.
