We have one user that is unable to place steel shapes in her models and is getting the error message "ProStructures is unable to load the PsAdoWrapper!". Other users at our site aren't getting this error and are able to use the Structural discipline as expected. But for some reason this one user has had this issue from the start.
There is a "PsAdoWrapper.tlb" file located under C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition\OpenBuildingsDesigner\Prg\, and "PsADOHelper.dll" under C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition\OpenBuildingsDesigner\Assemblies\ folder. Since both files exist under the \Program Files folder where OpenBuildings Designer is installed, the best first step is to try a Modify/Repair of the user's OpenBuildings Designer installation as outlined in this wiki.
If this does not help, uninstall OpenBuildings Designer and remove any folders and files left under C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition\OpenBuildingsDesigner\, then reinstall the same version.
