Background

To create a report that contains only Piping Components (including Bolts and Gaskets) that has "Design" value for Component State. 

Steps to Accomplish

1. Open Reporting Designer. 
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select any Report that you wish to modify
3. In the Filter section, set boolean operation to Or
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select the plus icon to create a condition
   
   
   
   
   
5. Select the three statements and change them accordingly
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. Once done, select Apply and Save the report
   
   
   
   
   
7. To test, open DGN in OpenPlant Modeler and run the report with the added filter
