Creating a Bentley Account


Creating a Bentley account is a one-time setup that can then be used to access both Bentley Communities and the Service Now portal.

Visit https://bentleysystems.service-now.com/csp?id=csp_index to create an account.

  1.  Fill in the appropriate information for each of the text boxes. If the numbers or letters on the security picture at the bottom of the screen are too difficult to decipher, select the Refresh button to get a new image.
  2.  When the form is complete, select Submit.
  3.  After sign up, users can access Bentley Communities for forums and wiki content.
