- Bentley's Assetwise Inspections website (local site name) will not let me login. Gives me an error that says account expired.
Explanation
When logging into AssetWise Inspections using Bentley IMS login, there is a mismatch between the AWI account settings and the email account logged into the CONNECTION Client
How to Avoid
- contact your area/state/consultant administrator for login and/or account assistance, or
- sign in using Connection Client, or
- create a case for licensing assistance via Connect.Bentley.com
