Problem
When running the forms application after installing JRE we get a message- An add on for this website failed to run
Solution
Open Internet Explorer-> Internet options-> Security-> Trusted sites-> Custom Level
Scroll the cursor till the ActiveX control and plug-ins-> enable the ActiveX scripting
