Problem

When trying to login to Exor, user is getting this error message:

Solution

You or your DB admin will have to restart whole application server, services and WLS servers. Sometimes restarts of Oracle do not fix the issue and a full restart is necessary. Also, it would be useful to check internal network for any changes.
