Problem

An user is running MapCapture 4.1 in Windows7. After reinstallation an user is getting an error when tries to "Create Empty Map Document" or "Create Map Document from Template”. We tried to run MapObjects_24rt.exe, then copied and registered MSCOMCTL.OCX and TABCTL32.OCX and then reinstalled MapCapture_4_1_188_setup.exe but the issue still is appearing. The error message:

“An error has occurred in the application. Record the call stack sequence and the description of the error.

Error Number   372

 Description  Failed to load control ‘’ from. Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control”

Solution

Some TIF files had been corrupted on the user's PC and when the user changed TIF files the issue was resolved.
