APM embedded attachment jpg file does not open due to file permissions

Problem Description

An APM user is prompted with a windows error message regarding user not having permissions to access the file.

Solution

This is a MSWindows message that is explicitly stating that the user does not have permissions to access the file in question. To edit the file permissions in Windows, right-click on the file and select Properties and ensure remove those permissions that are applicable.

Note, attachments in APM can either be direct links, url links or embedded documents. If the file is embedded, the attachment will need to be deleted from APM, permissions fixed and reattached and embedded into APM.
