Solution

For the OpenFlows products, the user's manual (user guide) can be found in the root of the installation folder, in PDF form. It contains the same content as the in-program Help. For example, for WaterCAD, it will be located in installation folder. It is different for different versions.

Starting with the 2026 release of OpenFlows Water, OpenFlows Storm and OpenFlows Sewer, the complete documentation is now found online (scroll down and search for your application): Bentley Software Documentation
