Problem Description

The option to add the gINT for ArcGIS Toolbar is missing from ArcMap 10.1 (or later).  We've installed gINT version 08.30.03.185 (or later).

Steps to Resolve

Sometimes the ArcGIS configuration file does not get installed with gINT.  To remedy this:

1. Download ArcGIS configuration file: communities.bentley.com/.../269614
2. If you have a C:\Program Files (x86) folder, then move the file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Configuration\CATID.  Otherwise, move it to C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Configuration\CATID.  If any of the folders do not exist you will have to create them.
3. If you are using ArcMAP 10.8, the ArcGIS configuration file must be placed in placed on C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.8\bin\Configuration\CATID
