SACS input does not match input entered in Datagen


When SACS interprets input as a real number, if a decimal is not entered as part of the input, it is possible that SACS will interpret the data incorrectly. Therefore it is always recommended that a decimal is input for any real number in SACS input files.

In the example below, the highlighted phase angle is input as -90 which will be interpreted incorrectly:

The user can fix the input by simply adding a decimal to the end of -90 which SACS will interpret correctly:

Note that SACS will not produce an error when real numbers are not input with a decimal point.
