Overview
Within iTwin IoT there are features that use Machine-Learning tools (Such as Patterns) that will require access to your datasets in order for the ML tool to learn from your dataset and work as intended. This Data Agreement also applies to any pattern analysis that requires any analysis of data.
This is where the Data Agreement Registry comes into play. The Data Agreement is a Machine Learning agreement that will give your consent for using your asset's data for machine learning.
Data in your asset will not be used anywhere else for ML use, it will only be used for your specific asset

During asset creation you need to decide whether to grans or deny the Machine Learning Consent agreement.
That option is available on the left side of the asset creation menu.
For an already existing asset you can view the Data Agreement by navigating to the Organization and Asset management menu while in your asset and clicking the "Data Agreement" option. There you can either revoke consent or grant it.
If you have not given ML consent and open the Pattern module within graphs then you will be asked to review the ML consent agreement in order to use any ML capabilities within the Pattern module. If no ML consent is given then you will only be able to use non-ML pattern methods.
In order to use the Analytics module you will have to consent to the ML agreement. The module will use Machine Learning to do advanced analysis of your data.
When you choose the Pattern Alert you will be presented with the ML agreement, if you do not consent then the pattern alert will not be available.
