A 10.12 Drainage & Utilities DGN was upgraded. Check the Slope Format property:

Go to Design File Settings > Civil Formatting > Drainage Results Settings > Slope Format and properly assign this value. During upgrade, the default selection is set to cm/m. This controls the slope formatting that is the used by the “Civil Properties” (not utility properties from StormCAD).

A Drainage & Utilities DGN was upgraded from 10.12 to 2025+:

Starting in ORD 2025, the Road Cross Slope value is only controlled from the “Civil Properties”. That value will be grayed out in the Drainage & Utilities Properties.
