Response Functions Shown for Only One Fatigue Case in Listing file

Problem

When running a spectral fatigue analysis in SACS with FULL report options enabled (including FTOPT3 and SEAS), the output listing file shows response function data only for FATIGUE CASE NUMBER : 1, even though multiple fatigue cases (different wave directions/orientations) are defined. Users expect response function data for all fatigue cases to appear in the listing file.

Answer

This is the intended behavior of SACS.

The listing file is designed as a readable summary of the analysis, not a complete data dump. To keep the file size manageable and avoid excessive repetition, SACS prints detailed response function data only for the first fatigue case as a representative sample.

All defined fatigue cases are still correctly processed, which can be verified in the WAVE SPECTRA ENVIRONMENT section of the listing file.

The complete response function results for all fatigue cases are written to the fatigue extraction file, which serves as the full database for detailed review and post-processing.

For full response function data across all fatigue cases, users should refer to the fatigue extraction file rather than the listing file.
