User Data Does Not Load in the User Management Portal (Federated Account)


Issue Description: 

The Users list in the User Management portal takes an unusually long time to load. After several minutes, the portal displays the message: No Data Matches Criteria 

As a result, the Users list appears empty, even though users exist in the account. 

Next Steps:  

The Account Administrator or Co-Administrator must:

          1. Collect HAR logs from the browser while reproducing the issue. 

2. Raise a support case through the Bentley Support Portal.

3. The Bentley IMS team will assist with the issue.
