Problem

If your model or GIS elements are not displayed in WaterSight, try the following resolutions:

Solution

1) Refresh your browser page.

2) Try accessing the model in a different browser.

3) Make sure the element layers are set to visible in the panel on the right side of your screen.

4) Go to the Administration > Numerical Models and click on the “Rebuild Model” button located on the top left of the table. After the process finishes, take a look again at the Map dashboard and check if you can already see the elements.

5) If none of the above suggestions work, the issue is probably related to your company's IT blockage or permissions. To confirm this, try the following:

5.1) Try to open WaterSight in incognito mode in your browser and check if you can see the elements.

5.2) If 5.1 does not work, Open WaterSight from a device not connected to your network (your network might be blocking specific requests). For example from mobile, or from home or from another machine not connected to your network/VPN. If you can now see the elements this means your network might be blocking specific requests, please check with your IT team.
