The following is displayed when performing a model consistency check:
W2164-66: For following bend point(s) "the minimum wall thickness of the
mitered elbow segments shall be at least 1.22 times minimum
fabricated thickness of attached pipe".
Why?
Again, a simple warning notifying the user of a code violation. The minimum wall thickness of the mitered elbow segments shall be at least 1.22 times the minimum fabricated thickness of attached pipe.
Avoidance:
Modifying the model so the PipeID used on the mitered bend has a wall thickness at least 1.22 times the minimum fabricated thickness of attached pipe.
Another words, the attached pipe will have one PipeID, and the mitered bend will have a second PipeID that has a wall thickness at least 1.22 time that of the first PipeID.
